【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomultizonesdishwashing-machineswithpassingthroughmotorizedbelt(flighttype)orrackconveyor.lncaseofflighttype,theloadingandunloadingareasarepartofthemachine.ThemachinesxoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareintendedforwashing,rinsingandoptionallydryingthedishesandthekitchenutensils,usedinfoodandcateringpremisessuchasrestaurants,hotelsetc.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodishwashingmachineswithconveyorwithalinearspeedlessthanorequalto5m/minforthedishesandkitchenutensils.NOTEormallythetotalpowerofthesemachinesislessthan200Kw.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttodishwashingmachineswithconveou,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningofthemachine.WhendraawingupthisEuropeanStandardthefollowingassumptionsweremade:-onlytrainedadultpersonsoperatethemachines;-themachinesareusedinadequatelyilluminatedareas.ThisEuropeanStandard,referringforelectricalsafetytoEN60204-1withcriteriathatcanbeappliedtodifferentdesignsandvariants,ismainlyintendedformachinesmanufacturedinsmallseries.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-separatemechanicalloadingandunloadingconveyors;-chemicaldosingdeviceswhicharenotincorporatedintothemachine;-steamgenerators;-gasheatingequipment.1.3Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforthesemachines.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthesemachinesisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnesA.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodishwashing-machineswithconveyorwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
