【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthespecifictechnicalrailwayrequirementsforworkingwithmachinesandothervehiclesusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,trackformationandfixedelectrictractionequipmentasspecifiedinEN14033-1.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallrailboundmachinesandothervehicles-referredtoasmachines-workingexclusivelyontherailway(utilisingadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheels)andusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,infrastructureandfixedelectrictractionequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesthatareintendedtooperatesignallingandcontrolsystems.OthersimilarmachinesaredealtwithinotherEuropeanStandards,seeAnnexM.Additionalrequirementscanapplyforworkingoninfrastructureswithnarrowgaugeorbroadgaugelines,linesoftramways,railwaysutilisingotherthanadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheelsandundergroundinfrastructures.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableto1435mmnominaltrackgauge.Somerequirementsmaybeapplicableforworkingoninfrastructureswithnominalnarrowtrackgaugeornominalbroadtrackgaugelines,linesoftramways,railwaysutilisingotherthanadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheelsandundergroundinfrastructures.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthesafetyrequirementsfortherailwayspecificproblemsforworkingondifferentinfrastructures.Theapplicationoftheserequirementsistheobjectofaverificationprocedure,whichdoesnotformpartofthisEuropeanStandard,butanAnnexJisincludedforinformation.Inallcasesanauthorisationtoworkisrequiredtoaccesstheinfrastructure.ThisEuropeanStandardisalsoapplicableformachinesthatinworkingpositionarepartlysupportedontheballastortheformation.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto--therequirementswithregardtothequalityofwork,includingtherelatedmeasuringmethods,andtheperformanceofthemachine;l)thespecificrequirementsestablishedbyeachrailwayinfrastructuremanagerfortheuseofmachineswhichwillbethesubjectofnegotiationbetweenthemanufacturerandtheinfrastructuremanager.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththefollowingadditionalrequirements:--workingmethods;operationinsevereworkingconditionsrequiringspecialmeasures(e.g.workintunnelsorincuttings,extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchasfreezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields);--operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);--hazardsduetoerrorsinsoftware;--hazardsoccurringwhenusedtohandlesuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely;--hazardsduetowindpressuregreaterthannormale.g.pressurescausedbythepassingoftrainsatspeedinexcessof190km/h.1.2ValidityofthisEuropeanStandardThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallmachines,whichareorderedafteroneyearfromthepublicationdateofthisEuropeanStandard.
