【摘要】:Scratchtestsareperformedonspecimens:(1)toevaluatethescratchormarresistanceofaparticularmaterial,(2)toranktherelativescratchresistanceofdifferentmaterials,or(3)todeterminethescratchingcoefficientoffrictionofmaterials.Sincepolymersexhibitmechanicalpropertiesthatarestronglydependentontemperature,thetestmethodprescribedhereinisdesignedtoyieldreproducibleresultswhenusersperformtestsunderthesimilartestingenvironmentandonspecimensofthesamematerialandsurfacetexturethataresubjectedtothesameconditioningprocedures.Certainpolymersareself-healing(recoverable)whensubjectedtoscratchesandotherphysicaldeformationsbecauseoftheirviscoelasticandrelaxationproperties.Itisimportanttonotethedifferencebetweentheinstantaneous(ifreadilymeasurable)andthepost-scratchdamagesandappropriatelycompareresultstoensurereproducibility.x201C;Whiteningx201D;ofthescratchedsurfaceisakeydamagemechanismthathaspromptedmuchconcerninautomotiveandotherapplicationswheresurfaceaestheticismisimportant.Thistypeofdamageisundesirablebecauseitisevidenttohumaneyes.Thecriticalnormalloadatwhichthisphenomenonappearsservesasabenchmarkinrankingmaterialperformance.Forpolymersthatdonotexhibitwhitening,ascratchgroovefromsevereploughingisstillhighlynoticeable.Insuchcases,thenormalloadrequiredtoachieveacertainscratchwidthshallbereportedtocharacterizescratchvisibilityandscratchresistance.Thecriticalscratchwidthshallbedecidedbyusersinaccordancewiththespecificmaterialandremainsthesamethroughoutasetoftestsforaconsistentcomparison.Thevariationofthescratchwidthasafunctionoftheappliedloadshallalsobeplottedforcomparisonpurposes.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesalaboratoryprocedureusinganinstrumentedscratchmachinetoproduceandquantifysurfacedamageundercontrolledconditions.Thistestmethodisabletocharacterizethemarandscratchresistanceofpolymersbymeasuringmanysignificantmaterialparameters.Thescratch-inducinganddataacquisitionprocessisautomatedtoavoiduser-influencedeffectsthatmayaffecttheresults.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;FLTMBN108-13,ISO1518andISO12137-2arerelatedtothistestmethod;thecontentsaresignificantlydifferentfromthismethod.

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardprovidesgeneralrequirementsandproceduresfortheassessmentofexistingstructures(buildings,bridges,industrialstructures,etc.)basedontheprinciplesofstructuralreliabilityandconsequencesoffailure.ItisbasedonISO2394.2Itisapplicabletotheassessmentofanytypeofexistingstructurethatwasoriginallydesigned,analysedandspecifiedbasedonacceptedengineeringprinciplesand/ordesignrules,aswellasstructuresconstructedonthebasisofgoodworkmanship,historicexperienceandacceptedprofessionalpractice.Theassessmentcanbeinitiatedunderthefollowingcircumstances:—ananticipatedchangeinuseorextensionofdesignworkinglife;—areliabilitycheck(e.g.forearthquakes,increasedtrafficactions)asrequiredbyauthorities,insurancecompanies,owners,etc.;—structuraldeteriorationduetotime-dependentactions(e.g.corrosion,fatigue);—structuraldamagebyaccidentalactions(seeISO2394).NOTE1ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletohistoricalstructures,providedadditionalconsiderationsaretakenintoaccountconcerningthepreservationofthehistoricalappearanceofthestructureandthepreservationofitshistoricalmaterials.3ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoexistingstructuresofanymaterial,althoughspecificadaptationcanberequireddependingonthetypeofmaterial,suchasconcrete,steel,timber,masonry,etc.4ThisInternationalStandardprovidesprinciplesregardingactionsandenvironmentalinfluences.Furtherdetailedconsiderationwillbenecessaryforaccidentalactionssuchasfireandearthquake.NOTE2Fireresistancerequirespropertiesdifferentfromthoseforstructuralsafetyandintegrity.Alsofirehazardscanbecreatedbychangeinuse.Specialrequirementsarenecessaryforseismichazards,takingthedynamicactionandstructuralresponseintoaccount.5ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtoserveasabasisforpreparingnationalstandardsorcodesofpracticeinaccordancewithcurrentengineeringpracticeandtheeconomicconditions.
