【摘要】:Thisprocedureissuitableformanufacturingcontrolandforverifyingthattheproductmeetsspecifications.Thistestmethodprovidesrapid,multielementdeterminationswithsufficientaccuracytoensureproductqualityandminimizeproductiondelays.TheanalyticalperformancedatamaybeusedasabenchmarktodetermineifsimilarX-rayspectrometersprovideequivalentprecisionandaccuracy,oriftheperformanceofaparticularX-rayspectrometerhaschanged.Calciumissometimesaddedtosteeltoeffectinclusionshapecontrolinordertoenhancecertainmechanicalpropertiesofsteel.Thistestmethodisusefulfordeterminingtheresidualcalciuminthesteelaftersuchtreatment.Becausecalciumoccursprimarilyininclusions,theprecisionofthistestmethodisafunctionofthedistributionofthecalcium-bearinginclusionsinthesteel.Thevariationofdeterminationsonfreshlypreparedsurfaceswillgivesomeindicationofthedistributionoftheseinclusions.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthewavelengthdispersiveX-rayfluorescenceanalysisoflow-alloysteelsforthefollowingelements:1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection10.
