MIL-F-5504B, MILITARY SPECIFICATION: FILTERS AND FILTER ELEMENTS, FLUID PRESSURE, HYDRAULIC MICRONIC TYPE (17 OCT 1958)., This specification covers micronic type hydraulic filters and filter elements suitable for use in hydraulic systems having a temperature range -65癋 to +160癋. The filters covered by this specification are intended for use in hydraulic systems operating with hydraulic oil conforming to Specification MIL-H-5606, at operating pressures not exceeding 3,000 psi.

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofthewetretroreflective(RL)propertiesofhorizontalpavementmarkingmaterials,suchastrafficstripesandroadsurfacesymbols,usingaportableormobileretroreflectometerthatcanbeplacedonorbeforetheroadmarkingtomeasuretheretroreflectionattheprescribedgeometry.1.2Thismethodofmeasuringthewetretroreflectiveproperties(RL)ofpavementmarkingsmeasuresthewetretroreflectivityinastandardconditionofwetness(seeFig1).1.2.1Discussion8212;Thistestconditiontypicallyexists(1)afterarainfallhasendedandthepavementmarkingsarestillwetor(2)asthemarkingsarewetfromdeworhumidity.1.3Retroreflectiveperformanceobtainedwiththistestinconditionsofwetnessdoesnotnecessarilyrelatetohowmarkingsperforminconditionsofrain,thatis,asmarkingsarebeingrainedupon.Note18212;TestMethodE2176definesamethodtousetomeasuretheperformanceofpavementmarkingsinconditionsofsimulatedrain.1.4ThistestmethodspecifiestheuseofportableormobilereflectometersthatcanmeasurepavementmarkingsinaccordancewithTestMethodE1710.Theentranceandobservationanglesrequiredoftheretroreflectometerinthistestmethodarecommonlyreferredtoas"30metergeometry."1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
